We currently only deliver in and around Cape Town. Orders outside this area cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Processing Time / Lead Time
All items are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be produced before it is delivered. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for delivery.
Delivery Method and Costs
Delivery is handled locally by our trusted team. Shipping/delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location within the Cape Town area.

Damaged or Defective Items
You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to receive goods that are free from defects. Please inspect your item upon delivery.
